Cancellation and refund policy

2KO International has a zero refund policy for online courses. Once the course is activated, you cannot cancel. Your course license is for one calendar year (365 days from the date of registration). Once the year has elapsed there is no extension available. We will however offer a reduction off the initial purchase price if you wish to purchase another 365 days for the same course.

Bookings

Courses are booked and activated only upon receipt of payment. Once payment has been received, your login details will be emailed to you within a few hours. If you have not received your email within 24 hours of sending proof of payment, please contact support at info @ 2ko.co.za or on telephone number +27 21 418 4874.

The information you provide is necessary for the processing of your registration & updating your current records with us.
