  • The delegate prints the report and files it with their POE (Portfolio of Evidence)
  • If the delegate fails the online course, he will have one FREE retake; thereafter a R450 will be charged each time he needs to rebook the test
  • The POE (Portfolio of Evidence) is then completed
  • The original hard copy is sent to us by registered post
  • The first exam marking, and any subsequent remedial is FREE
  • From the second remedial, a R950 fee will be charged
  • Delegates have one year to complete the course
